### **PROPER FIT:**

For the most accurate measurement of steps, heart rate, or any other biometrics, it is important to have your device properly fitted. The watch should be worn snugly but comfortably. The back of the watch needs to maintain contact with your skin for sensors such as heart rate or temperature to get accurate measurements. For counting steps, wearing it too loosely may cause the pedometer to deliver less accurate results.

### **LOCATION:**

Ideally, your device should be worn 1-2 finger widths above the wrist bone as seen in the illustration below. This should aid in proper fit for comfort and sensor accuracy.
