    Hi Jimmy,

    Kindly follow these instructions to resolve the issue:

    1. Reset your watch through the watch’s settings/power options page.
    2. Uninstall and reinstall the app.
    3. Restart your mobile phone.
    4. Clear your mobile phone’s Bluetooth listing/ Remove all previous devices connected to your phone’s Bluetooth.
    5. Reconnect your watch through the app, and make sure the mobile weather data, notifications, and location services are turned on/allowed.
    *Please note that it is important to connect your watch through the mobile app and not your phone's native Bluetooth.
