How do I pair my smartwatch to my phone?
Once the iTech Wearables 2019 App is installed, open it to create an account, following the on-screen prompts to help you get set up. Once your account is set up, the application will help you connect to your device. We highly encourage allowing all notifications & pairing access to your smartphone.
To connect & sync your app to your device, please follow the on-screen instructions while setting up your account.
IMPORTANT: ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTING YOUR WATCH THROUGH THE APP FIRST, NOT YOUR PHONE’S BLUETOOTH.
How do I charge my watch?
Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger. We recommend using the USB port on your computer.
Insert the smartwatch into the appropriate charging cable section. A charging screen appears on the screen to indicate that your smartwatch is charging.
How long should I charge the watch to get a full battery?
Your iTech Fusion Smartwatch takes about 1-2 hours to fully charge.
How long will my watch stay charged after fully charging it?
Battery life is based on usage. Your smartwatch has a battery life of 14 days (standby time). If you use your watch often for notifications, sports mode, etc., your watch battery will not last as long.
How do I power on my smartwatch?
Tap and hold the virtual button of your smartwatch for 5 seconds until you see the iTech Fusion Smartwatch logo appear on the watch screen, indicating the watch has powered on.
How do I power off my smartwatch?
Tap the virtual button found on the screen of your watch until the watch face leads you to the power off page. Once in there, tap the virtual button 3-5 seconds until the iTech Wearables logo appears and the watch vibrates until it turns off.
How do I set the time?
You do not have to set the time on your watch. Once you pair your watch with the app on your phone, your watch automatically syncs the correct time from your phone.
How do I turn on the motion gesture for my smartwatch?
Motion Gesture should be on automatically as soon as you power on your smartwatch. However, if you find that it’s not working, from the iTech Wearables 2019 app, tap ‘Device’ located on the bottom right of the home screen. Then tap on ‘Smartwatch Settings’. From here, toggle-on Activate Display After Wrist Rotation.
How do I turn up the brightness on my watch?
At the moment, this feature is not available in this version.
How do I change the clock face on my watch?
The iTech Fusion Smartwatch has only one watch face available and this is its home screen.
How do I turn off the vibration feature of my watch?
The vibration feature is automatic and would trigger if there's incoming notifications for call and text messages. It will also vibrate when the Sedentary Reminder is activated, as well as for the alarm reminder.
Why won’t my alarm clock setting save?
Alarms cannot be set within 2 minutes of the current time. Your alarm clock will only save alarms that are 3 minutes after the current time.
My smartwatch isn’t receiving notifications.
In the iTech Wearables 2019 App, tap the ‘Device’’ icon and tap settings. From there, you may select the notifications you wish to receive on your Smartwatch.
I turned on notifications but still cannot receive them, what do I do?
Check that the Bluetooth on your phone is on and that your phone can receive notifications.
For Android users: Check that you have enabled the iTech Wearables 2019 app to access your notifications. You can do this in your phone’s native settings menu or go to the device page in the app and scroll to Notifications. Begin enabling notifications and the app will ask you to turn on notification support for the app. Either way, from the ‘Notifications’ page, you can toggle on all apps you wish to receive notifications for on your watch.
For iOS users: Go to the device page in the app and click on ‘Notifications’ to toggle on all apps you wish to receive notifications for on your watch.
Note: Notification permissions differ between iOS and Android users.
How do I view my notifications on my watch?
If you don’t read the notification when it arrives, you can check it at a later time by navigating to the Notifications page in your Smartwatch.
How do I turn off Notifications?
To turn off all or certain notifications with the iTech Wearables 2019 App, go to ‘Device’ page and toggle OFF your preferred app notification.
Can I adjust the active hours for the sedentary reminder?
Turn on reminders to move in the app to set a sedentary reminder alert. You can set the start and end time for the sedentary reminder to be active by going to Device > Sedentary Reminder.
How do I turn on the Continuous Heart Rate feature?
To activate this feature, navigate to the ‘Device’ page of the app and tap Smartwatch Settings. From there, toggle on the continuous heart rate feature.
How do I start Sports Mode on my watch?
On your watch, tap to navigate to the Sports Mode feature. On the Sports Mode page press the screen to select a sport and begin tracking Sports Mode data, tap and press on the desired sport to begin tracking data for it.
How do I stop Sports Mode on my watch?
To stop Sports Mode, press the virtual button while on the said page, until it removes you from the active page. Use the same button to switch between other features.
Why isn’t my Sports Mode data on my watch syncing to my app?
Sports Mode data will appear on your app once you have ended your activity. If you end a session in Sports Mode before 3 minutes has passed, data will not sync to your app. You need to log at least 3 minutes of activity in any sport for Sports Mode data to appear in your app.
Do I need to have my smartphone near my watch while doing Sports Mode?
You can perform the sport either near your smartphone or away/not connected to your smart- phone. Once the device comes within Bluetooth range of your smartphone, it will automatically sync with the app and the mode will appear on your home/dashboard screen in the app.
Can I do multiple sports mode at a time?
Sports modes should be done one at a time. After stopping one mode, ensure that the data is synced to the app first. Then start your second sports mode. Doing multiple modes at once, without syncing to the app will cause data you have acquired to be lost.
My watch is not tracking data properly, what can I do to fix it?
If you can’t sync your iTech Fusion Smartwatch, or if you have trouble with connected GPS or tracking stats, you can restart your smartwatch from the app. Go to the app’s ‘Device’ page and navigate down to the Smartwatch Restart option. Tap option and a prompt to confirm or cancel restart will appear.
How do I take a picture with my smartwatch?
To access the camera remote on your iTECH Fusion, first open the Shake For Selfie feature in the Device settings of the iTECH Wearables 2019 app. Hold the button on the camera feature on your smartwatch or rotate your wrist to snap a photo.
Can I swim with my iTech Fusion smartwatch?
While no device is truly 'waterproof' this model is IP67 rated water resistant. This means you can submerge the device up to one meter deep for up to thirty minutes. We still do advise you not to swim with your smartwatch. However, your device can withstand many splashes, rain, and daily activities such as washing dishes. If your smartwatch gets wet, we advise you to remove it until dry. It is not good for your skin to wear a wet band for long periods of time.
How do I erase all data on my smartwatch?
Factory Reset your smartwatch to clear all of the data on your smartwatch. To reset your watch, on your iTech Wearables 2019 App, go to the ‘Device’ page, navigate and tap Factory Reset Smartwatch.
How long can I wear my watch for?
We recommend removing your watch from your wrist at least once per day to clean your watch’s straps.
How do I clean the straps on my Smartwatch?
We recommend cleaning your band and wrist regularly - especially after intense workouts or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Do NOT use hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate your skin. Always pat dry the band before putting it back on.
I updated the firmware on my watch and I am having issues.
You need to reset your watch after you update the firmware. This is to ensure that the old firmware has been fully replaced and it cannot be done while your device is still running.
Why did my watch reset automatically when I updated the firmware on it?
That’s normal. After you update your watch firmware, it will automatically reset itself with the new firmware for optimal functionality.

Why can I not receive sms notifications but I receive Facebook messenger notifications?
All notifications are checked.

You should be able to unlock the blocked alerts by going to your Phone Settings>Notifications and then find the notification that is blocked and switch it back on.
