How do I pair my smartwatch to my phone?
Once the iTech Duo App is installed, follow the on-screen prompts to help you get set up. Once done, the application will help you connect to your device. We highly encourage allowing all notifications & pairing access to your smartphone.

IMPORTANT: ALWAYS MAKE SURE YOU ARE CONNECTING YOUR WATCH THROUGH THE APP FIRST, NOT YOUR PHONE’S BLUETOOTH.
How do I charge my watch?
Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger. We recommend using the USB port on your computer.
Insert the smartwatch into the appropriate charging cable section. A charging screen appears on the screen to indicate that your smartwatch is charging.
How long should I charge the watch to get a full battery?
Your iTech Duo Analog Smartwatch takes about 1-2 hours to fully charge.
How long will my watch stay charged after fully charging it?
Battery life is based on usage. Your smartwatch has a battery life of 14 days (standby time). If you use your watch often for notifications, etc., your watch battery will not last as long.
How do I power on my smartwatch?
First, make sure you have charged your smartwatch based on the recommended time (2-2.5 hrs). Once fully charged, Tap and hold the screen between 3:00 to 4:00 o’clock of your smartwatch for 5 seconds until you see the digital side of the screen appear on the watch screen, indicating the watch has powered on.
How do I power off my smartwatch?
Same on how you will turn on your watch, Tap and hold the screen between 3:00 to 4:00 o’clock of your smartwatch for 5 seconds until you see the word “BYE” appear on the watch screen, indicating the watch has turned off.
How do I set the time?
For the digital side - You do not have to set the time on your watch. Once you pair your watch with the app on your phone, your watch automatically syncs the correct time from your phone.
For the analog side - Use the watch crown, or the "little knob on the side of the watch" used to set time.
How do I turn on the motion gesture for my smartwatch?
In the iTech Duo App, on the device page, tap Active Display and enable the feature to activate the motion gesture feature.
How do I turn up the brightness on my watch?
Brightness adjustment is not an available feature on this model provided at the moment.
How do I change the clock face on my watch?
This model is an analog smartwatch and has only some features flashed as digital. Changing the watch face is not available for this model.
How do I turn off the vibration feature of my watch?
You may disable the following through your iTech Duo app to temporarily disable vibrations:
- Sedentary reminders
Why won’t my alarm clock setting save?
Alarms cannot be set within 2 minutes of the current time. Your alarm clock will only save alarms that are 3 minutes after the current time.
My smartwatch isn’t receiving notifications.
In the iTech Duo App, under the device page, tap Notifications and make sure your preferred app or alert notifications are toggled ON.
I turned on notifications but still cannot receive them, what do I do?
Check that the Bluetooth on your phone is on and that your phone can receive notifications.
For Android users: Check that you have enabled the iTech Duo app to access your notifications. You can do this in your phone’s native settings menu or go to the device page in the app and scroll to Notifications. Begin enabling notifications and the app will ask you to turn on notification support for the app. Either way, from the ‘Notifications’ page, you can toggle on all apps you wish to receive notifications for on your watch.
For iOS users: Go to the device page in the app and click on ‘Notifications’ to toggle on all apps you wish to receive notifications for on your watch.
Note: Notification permissions differ between iOS and Android users.
How do I view my notifications on my watch?
This will automatically appear on the main watch face once received. Please make sure that your mobile device is in lock status, so the notification will go through your watch first before your mobile device.
How do I turn off Notifications?
To turn off all or certain notifications with the iTech Duo App, go to the Notifications on the device page and toggle off notifications you prefer not to receive.
Can I adjust the active hours for the sedentary reminder?
At this time, the active hours are from 7:00 AM - 10:00 PM and cannot be changed.
My watch is not tracking data properly, what can I do to fix it?
If you can’t sync your iTech Duo Smartwatch, or if you have trouble with connected GPS or tracking stats, you can reset your smartwatch in the Device Settings.
How do I take a picture with my smartwatch?
To access the camera remote on your iTECH Duo, first open the Camera Remote in the Device settings of the iTECH Duo app. Rotate your wrist or tap the watch between 3-4 o’clock to snap a photo.
Can I swim with my iTech Fusion smartwatch?
We advise not to swim with your device. Although the iTech Fusion Smartwatch is IP67 water resistant, it is not IP68 waterproof which means you should not submerge your smartwatch in water deeper than one meter for longer than 30 minutes.
How do I erase all data on my smartwatch?
Reset your smartwatch to clear all of the data on your smartwatch. To reset your watch,tap,
Reset Watch in Device settings.
How long can I wear my watch for?
We recommend removing your watch from your wrist at least once per day to clean your watch’s straps.
How do I clean the straps on my Smartwatch?
We recommend cleaning your band and wrist regularly - especially after intense workouts or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Do NOT use hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate your skin. Always pat dry the band before putting it back on.
I updated the firmware on my watch and I am having issues.
You need to reset your watch after you update the firmware. This is to ensure that the old firmware has been fully replaced and it cannot be done while your device is still running.
Why did my watch reset automatically when I updated the firmware on it?
That’s normal. After you update your watch firmware, it will automatically reset itself with the new firmware for optimal functionality.
