How do I pair my smartwatch to my phone?

The iTech Jr. Kids Smartwatch model do not need a smart phone. Your kids can have this worn instantly without worrying for a  smart watch connection. We value your kids safety and we want them to enjoy the features our watches do offer. 

How do I charge my watch?

Plug the charging cable into the USB port on your computer or a UL-certified USB wall charger. We recommend using the USB port on your computer.

Insert the smartwatch into the appropriate charging cable section. A charging screen appears on the screen to indicate that your smartwatch is charging.

How long should I charge the watch to get a full battery?

Your iTech Fusion Square Smartwatch takes about 1-2 hours to fully charge.

How long will my watch stay charged after fully charging it?

The time the battery lasts between charges depends on play. Like other electronic devices, more frequent usage will drain the battery more quickly. Some activities will be more demanding on the battery, such as taking photos and videos.

How do I power on/off my smartwatch?

To power on/off your iTech Jr., press and hold the home button at the side of the screen for a few seconds.

How do I set the date and time?

For the iTech Jr 2019 model - To set the time, swipe up and down on the hours and minutes. I Advanced Settings

For the iTech Jr 2020 model- When switching on the iTech Jr. for the first time, the date and time setting screen will be displayed first. Swipe up and down over the day, month, year, hours and minutes to change the current date and time. Tap the OK button when you’re done. Note: Refer to settings to adjust time manually.

How do I turn up the brightness on my watch?

For the iTech Jr 2019 model - In the settings menu, Adjust the brightness of your smartwatch by sliding the brightness bar either up or down as well as the duration of how long the watch display stays on.

For the iTech Jr 2020 model - In the settings menu,  Slide the yellow notch to increase or decrease the LCD brightness

How do I change the clock face on my watch?

When the clock screen is on, tap the watch face to switch between analog and digital format. To pick a different watch face, swipe either left or right to see more. 

Why won’t my alarm clock setting save?

Alarms cannot be set within 2 minutes of the current time. Your alarm clock will only save alarms that are 3 minutes after the current time.

Can my smartwatch play music?

Yes, but only the iTech Jr. Kids Smartwatch 2020 version is capable and has the Music Player feature. The built in Music Player allows you to listen to pre-loaded Sing-a-longs or download and listen to your own music.

How do I take a picture with my iTech Jr?

Press the camera button found at the side of the watch screen to launch the camera and to take pictures.

Can I swim with my iTech Jr. Kids Smartwatch?

We advise that you do not put under running water and submerge in water. Also, the watch is  not suitable for showering, bathing or swimming.

How long can I wear my watch for?

We recommend removing your watch from your wrist at least once per day to clean your watch’s straps.

How do I clean the straps on my Smartwatch?

We recommend cleaning your band and wrist regularly - especially after intense workouts or sweating. Rinse the band with water or wipe it with a small amount of rubbing alcohol. Do NOT use hand soap, dish soap, hand sanitizer, cleaning wipes or household cleaners, which could get trapped beneath the band and irritate your skin. Always pat dry the band before putting it back on
