    Have you downloaded our free mobile app? Do not connect using your phone's native Bluetooth. If you did, go to your Bluetooth devices, "forget" the watch, open our app and use that to connect (tap watch icon to pair a device). Please email our support team if you need help or a walk-through: support@itechwearables.com.
