- FCC ID (on back of watch)
- Make and model of your mobile phone.
- Photos of your watch, both front and back
- Quick video of your watch highlighting your issue (not charging or powering on, loss of connection, not receiving notifications, etc.).
- Copy of your purchase receipt
- Location and date the item was purchased.
- The operating system your mobile device is currently running on (e.g. iOS 14 or Android 10).
- Once your email is received, a Customer Experience Specialist will reach out within 24 hours. If it can't be resolved easily by our support team, we will advise next steps for the claim.
