How Do I Receive Messages And Notifications? – iTech Wearables

Initial Setup:

Make sure your iTech Smartwatch is connected to your phone through the iTech Wearables app
While connected, tap the three horizontal lines at the top left corner of the app home screen
Proceed to Settings, then select Notifications > Enable Messages, Phone, and any other apps you wish to receive notifications for

For iOS (after initial setup)

1. Go to iPhone Settings:

Look for Messages
Go to Notifications
Enable Allow Notifications
Set Show Previews as Always
Enable Badges

2. Also, on your phone's Bluetooth list of devices, next to your smartwatch device, tap the information icon (i) and make sure to enable Share System Notifications

3. Go back to your iPhone Settings, look for the iTech Wearables app, tap Notifications

Go to Notifications
Enable Allow Notifications
Set Show Previews as Always
Turn on Badges

For Android (after initial setup)

1. Go to Settings on your Android phone

Tap Notifications
Look for Messages or other apps you wish to receive notifications
Toggle on show notifications and make sure iTech Wearables and App icon badges are on, too

2. Show all notifications

Open your phone's Settings app, then select Notifications
Select Notifications (Lock Screen)
Turn on Show Preview
Choose Show alerting and silent notifications. On some phones, choose Show all notification content.

Additional information:

In your Bluetooth settings. Tap on the gear icon next to the iTech Smartwatch device name
Enable Input Device
