Initial setup of our watches requires pairing with a smartphone to set the time and date. Additionally, features including Notifications, Music Remote and Camera Remote are dependent upon Bluetooth connection to a smartphone. Pairing must be done using our free-to-download mobile app. Many settings and full activity history are only accessible through the mobile app as well.
Settings only accessible through the app include:
- Units of measurement
- Expanded watch face library and custom watch face*
- Weather location
- Notification options
- Find watch
- Motion Gesture (on/off)
- Movement Reminder (on/off)
- Continuous Heart Rate* detection (on/off)
- Alarm time set
- Watch language
- Firmware updates
*not available in all devices

It is not paring
Dolores Phifer If you paired directly to your phone's Bluetooth, go into Bluetooth settings and unpair or "forget" the watch. Then open the iTech Wearables app, tap the watch icon and follow instructions. If you don't see your watch as an option, make sure it's not already paired directly to Bluetooth on the phone. If you still need help, please email us: support@itechwearables.com.
My android is not compatible. It is 8.0 and 9.0 is required. Are there any features I can use without the app?
Judy Burton The watch does need to be paired initially at least to set time and date. And much of the added functionality will come from using our free mobile app (setting goals, full activity history, full watch face library, alarms, etc.). Regarding Android 8, your phone is likely to work but we can't guarantee it.
